These terms govern your use of Job Is Done at https://app.jobisdone.uk, operated by Francois Rivoire. By signing in you accept them.

What the Service is

Job Is Done collects job postings from employers' public careers pages and scores them against your CV, so you can find relevant openings in one place.

It is currently in beta and free to use. It may be unavailable, incomplete or wrong at any time, and we may change or withdraw it without notice.

What it is not

We are not a recruiter, an employment agency, or a party to any application you make. We do not endorse any employer or vacancy.

Job listings are gathered automatically and may be out of date, incomplete or inaccurate. A posting may have closed, changed, or never have been open to you. Always check the employer's own site before relying on anything here. Match scores are an automated estimate of similarity, not an assessment of your suitability, and carry no weight with any employer.

Your account

Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for what happens under yours. One account per person. Tell us at francois.rivoire@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it.

What you may not do

Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the listings; attempt to access another user's data; upload anything unlawful, or any CV that is not yours; or attempt to disrupt the Service or work around its limits.

Your CV

You keep ownership of your CV. You grant us permission to store it and score jobs against it, for the sole purpose of providing the Service. See the Privacy Notice for how it is handled.

Ending it

Stop using the Service whenever you like, and ask us to delete your account at francois.rivoire@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including a missed opportunity, a job that turned out not to exist, or data that was unavailable.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
